• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to wc77u's compliance obligations, including AML requirements.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under wc77u's Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, wc77u reserves the right to void all pending and processed bonuses, open bets, and associated balances. Real-money balances derived from legitimate deposits not in breach of these Terms will be returned to the player after the completion of any applicable investigation period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc77u holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and wc77u arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wc77u platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting wc77u support.

The decision of any competent dispute resolution authority in such proceedings shall be final and binding on both parties.
